If you're referring to the instruments on the far right those are Mellophones, more commonly known as the Marching French Horn. The middle voices are being done by Baritone. You can tell because the lyre attachment is horizontal instead of vertical

Hi Ben! My name is Ryan. Im one of the trumpet players in the video. These instruments are made by King Marching Instruments and our specific brand is System Blue. The Blue Devils and our organizations use these instruments, but yes they are available for single purchase(one person) or a large order(band or group) for anyone! Just contact someone with The Blue Devils or King and inquire about these instruments and what may suit your personal needs! Hope this helped!
