- update!! Do not buy!!! We ended up uninstalling it, picture quality got so bad, and call quality got so bad very unusable.

The Quality sound only change using the “aux” and device? But if i return menu and Connect to the original bluetooth system radio is always the same original sound quality? Althoug carabc is connected?
Thanks for the vid! Is it possible to listen to FM on the stock radio while having Carplay on the screen for navigation? And can the phone still be connected via bluetooth to the stock radio for the handsfree functionality? Thanks!
I've only seen that working on Ford Transit Vans, well, its the only Ford vehicles I've used for work, but yeah, it's up to the auto manufacturer to implement that feature because CarPlay does support it, it's one of its features actually.

@@charminbaer2323 About the FM radio or bluetooth part? I've so far never seen an OEM radio which could not show e.g. Google Maps via Carplay and play FM radio simultaneously. Which car brand does not do that? That would be a major drawback, even a cheap chinese car radio with Carplay I had could do that (but the FM radio reception and user interface was crap..)
@@fritsified5952 fm radio part. Obviously I haven’t driven every car, but I do know some cars could not do fm radio with CarPlay. CarPlay has supported FM radio for years now, maybe even from the beginning, but it has always been up to the auto manufacturers to implement it to their radios. I drive Ford Transit vans for work, and they can do it. I think Ford Sync 3 and newer can do it. I believe there was someone working on an app to control AM/FM radio natively on CarPlay , but I’ll have to research what came of that.
what is the max resolutution it supports? as my avensis screen is a little larger.

yes the main menu works without any problem
How did you dress the wires and where did you put the box? Can't find any room back there!
I just dropped it in the back,there’s a lot of room in there, the wires nothing special i feel like i just shoved them in there

No. It has an equalizer that you can adjust. After adjusting it it sounds perfect.

@@edfighey, I have a 2015 Tundra SR5 and been looking at the CarABC & AutoABC. I’ve seen some mention that it is not that good after a few months of installing? They say it degrades? How has yours been? Still happy? Thanks.
@@karlschofield9651 I've noticed the sound degrading but it quickly resets once you delete it from bluetooth and add it back in. This has happened to me only once in 8 months of ownership so it's not something you need to do often.
@@edfig Not sure why the one I ordered got no EQ, AutoLink, AirPlay doesn't work, and I don't see anywhere about the 10 second front camera. I am return it ASAP.
