Sir my mother is suffering from l1 D12 wedge compression fracture and having severe pain. Spine surgeon already sugested for walking with walker, some exercise like lifting leg etc and parathiroid hormone injection. But still she is suffering lwb pain. Pl suggest what to do?

Sir there is fracture in L4 of my wife who is also with osteoporosis problem and bone density T score is - 4. She is 55yrs weight around 85 kg. Some doctors advice for surgery some are not for week bone density and body weight. 5 months passed no relax in siatic pain. What is your suggestion please? She has also rheomatoid arthritis.
