Robert, yes, the BitPay card is accepted throughout Canada. In fact, it's accepted in hundreds of counties. I was recently in Europe and I have no trouble at all using it in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. In my opinion, the BitPay card the best Bitcoin reloadable debit/credit card.

Eero, yes, as far as I can tell, Bitpay is still fully operational.
How do pay for the card from Gdax?
I am believe all that you need to do is use the BTC address feature in GDAX to pay for the Bitpay card.

Do you have any credit cards? Name me one credit card company here is in the United States that does not require your Social Security number? All credit card companies must abide by the rules governing banks and lending agencies. Try not to cast doubts on things that are 100% legitimate but you have little understanding of.

So we need to build a card. Allow that card to communicate with trezor.. offline... Or nano.. offline.. Swipe with a card through a swiper enter your pin off line. Load funds directly from your trezor to your card for what you need for the day. Don't use these cards. Only spend bitcoins where bitcoins are excepted.. when business start loosing money to amazon who excepts it they will be forced to except it as well.
use your job to pay for your everyday needs or trade Bitcoin to friends and have them buy you stuff and pay bills. Goddamn..

However, despite how you personally feel about spending Bitcoin with cards like Bitpay, they nonetheless offer a great way to live the Bitcoin lifestyle. It's really up to each and everyone how they decide to use Bitcoin for themselves. For some, Bitcoin has been something to hoard indefinitely. For other folks, myself included, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have become just another way to spend money on the things that we need and the bills that need paying.
I love my Bitpay card. No more fucking credit cards.
Good video, however this is not why Bitcoin was created, its intended to be able to pay with the bitcoin itself . On the long term if everybody does this, changing crypto coins into dollars, the coins will lose their value over time, making them kind of pointless again, since people use Fiat to buy stuff anyway.
