MY SECRET CHILI SAUCE....I put this on everything!

Chili sauce
* 🌶500g pepper
* 🌶150g garlic
* 🌶 20g ginger
* 🌶2 cups vegetable oil
* 🌶1 teaspoon salt
* 🌶1 teaspoon crushed seasoning cube
* 🌶1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 🌶1 tablespoon honey
Store in shelf up to 6 months or on the refrigerator

Hi I think the honey adds a bit of sweetness to the sauce and the lemon provides a bit of acidity to balance the flavors and further preserve the sauce.Hope this helps😊

Ofc. Honey is a sweetener. Sugar is a sweetener. Any sweetener will work. Brown sugar aswell.
Same goes with acids. If you dont like Lemon, you can replace it with whatever acid aswell. Vinegar of any type. Lime. etc etc
