Ride it...
It would be better if it had a clutch. Awesome bike for a first bike but once your child has grown out of it, the next size up from the crf50 will have a clutch. It's almost like learning to ride all over again
No it doesn’t. The next size up is a 110 which does not have a clutch either. You learn the clutch when you get into the 125s
@@BrickNick931 I learned the clutch on a Honda SL 70 although I heard that you can upgrade a CRF 50 to a 110 with a jug kit.
I stand corrected (technically) and I own a CRF 50 so LoL it really doesn't matter. I'm actually looking for a new candidate to ride it. We usually start em out at around 6 yrs old

Couldn't get a better bike. I've started 3 youngins on a CRF 50 and it's ready for another one. Absolutely bullet proof and more fun than a barrel of monkeys
My oldest daughter, she’s 8 loves her go cart and quads. My middle child, she’s my daredevil! And my youngest, my boy who’s about to be 4 is all about dirt bikes. Trying to find a good deal on one for him

Definitely. I have one that's still going strong. It's been the first bike for several kids in my family
