Hi Tim, since this is about Tools, I want to give a shout-out to your Tonic microserrated snip scissor set. I recently fractured my dominant wrist / radius on the right side and felt my crafting and journaling came to an abrupt halt. I found your Lefty set of scissors, and they handle and cut like a dream!! I particularly like the 7" scissors and feel like my creativity has been rejuvenated. I worked on glass for years before anyone started making all these new ones, it was a tonic, it had grids and everything. I liked the idea of working on black and bought yours. I love it and it does all that I need. I really want the new ruler, I guess I need it really, I cut into my Tim Holtz ruler using the wrong side. lol You get busy and don't pay attention, this one is going to be a game changer. I do love your products.

A world of thx for teaching videos. Own black glass mat those grey corners drove me crazy since 2016! Embarrassed to admit I’ve been a shopper of fabulous quality tools but not a maker! Intimidated?? Probably I watch videos get inspired but all tools are pristine! I have a store not a studio. had no idea under that media mat lives a palette! This morning peeled it away began swatching my fabulous watercolor collections including all your pencils! Awesome. Have to have white mat and ruler, promise to be a maker and enjoy!! Thanks for reminding me why I should be using my sticky white mat on my glass media mat. I only used it few times when I first bought it years ago and then tucked it away. I will definitely be bringing it back out after watching your stamp pad tutorial. Love the new products, especially the new ruler. I only sew on paper so the ruler would be great for that! So yeah, thankful that you came out with a white one. The ruler.... I would have loved to see it in a contrasting color, just because my eyes get old and I can't see the lines clearly on a ruler. And working on the black mat with white lines, or the white mat with black lines... Yeah a contrasting color in the ruler would be great I think. This is not a negative comment, please do not take it that way. It is just my thoughts. I do think it is genius to do the grip thingies in the ruler. And I probably will get it 😉 Thank you guys!
Love the white mat. I won't get rid of my black one, but I've been wanting to get the travel size for a while and will now get it in white. And I'm so glad you picked up the alcohol inks with the yupo! I didn't want those gorgeous colours to go to waste

All Your tools with tonic that I have purchase are excellent quality. I was really happy you gave us more info on your Tonic tools. Just as a thought with the new studio glass mat ...I wonder if you/Tonic would consider doing a metric grid in 5mm x 5mm grid size ? Crafters/makers not living in USA would love a glass metric grid.
I'm so glad you did a white mat. I usually use thick glass from old cupboard shelves or picture frames over a white table so I get the glass over white, so this going to be so much better. Yeah, the ruler is a bonus, I'll have to get that too.
I was gifted a set of the small recoil scissors. I love them so much. I was using another.brand of recoil style scissors. Liked them, but there were issues. I really really. Like your recoil scissors. Please do not discontinue them. ❤

I love the previous ruler and now it is even better - yea. A white mat has been on my want list - I was thinking of one with magnets but agree magnets can be frustrating! More great Tim products.
As many other people did, I also bought the black glass mat! I’m so glad it is black because I have a vision impairment, and I am very sensitive to light. So with this mat I can be creative and my eyes won’t be irritated.

I would’ve loved to buy that studio mat if it had not been devided in inches but in centimeters. I realise that the US is your major market, but since the rest of the world (except for Myanmar and Liberia) is using the metric system, it would be really great if you could release a non-US version as well. 😊😅

I'm not familiar with that brand of blade to know what type of metal they use or if it will scratch.

The grip mat is amazing for the Spritzes. Cleans up really easily, even better than the glass mat.
