I am from India and I have witnessed this comparison Fiasco since childhood.. but I Alhamdulillah I have got the minimum understanding of my parents, though being a mediocre student my entire life, they never allowed the peer pressure on me.. They understood my capabilities and treated and nurtured me accordingly. Alhamdulillah I by their support and guidance and By the Blessings and help of Allah SWT I did great in my education and career.
May Allah SWT guide us and help us in this world and in the hereafter..

I actually relate to everything the narrator said .IM Pakistani myself and there are two types of students here. 1) the one who strives( they will forever be the best as they made their parents PROUD ) and 2) the one who did better but wasn't good enough. I'm very blessed to have understanding and motivating parents but it is true that even I have encountered stages of extreme pressure and high expectations ( due to society ). It was in these times that my religion and my family guided me to improvement. Being 15 I can say that in this COVID SITUATION, we all have lost our motivation. MY beloved brothers and sisters, IT IS OK. BUT PLEASE DO NOT STOP TRYING . Even right now let us all try our best to be the BETTER VERSION OF OURSELVES. I hope this comment helped someone feeling the same sentiments. MAY ALLAH BLESS US WITH HEALTH, KNOWLEDGE, PATIENCE, AND COURAGE THROUGH THIS DIFFICULT TIME.

The title is a little misleading, since the video does not talk explicitly talk about habits to endow or a path to follow to reach your highest potential, rather it talks about how Allah does not necessarily expect you to be the best and consoles the believer. As a suggestion, please keep the the titles more relevant. Jazakallah Khair for the great videos and may Allah bless you with more barakah. Ameen.
You CAN reach your highest potential through trying to be better, it explains that you don’t have to be perfect or the best, you need to simply try and get better, that way you will reach your highest potential.

What I meant when I said that was it doesn't speak about tips and tricks to get there, like the title of the video suggests.
