Brother you’re absolutely right, I was anxious and stressed yesterday due to my father’s health condition and I was looking through hospital window at the river and the sky, embracing how beautiful and perfect Allah swt made it, He SWT is an artist and I started reciting astagfirullah and ended up reciting it 2k times and after that all those worries were gone, seemed like the waves took all my worries and went away by the will of my Rabb. SubhanaAllah it was a beautiful feeling 🤍

I have been doing this since the past 3 months after I watched a video on tiktok related to this. Alhamdulilah so many helps and removal of burdens that Allah had helped me. Also, I fall sick. I didnt fall sick for nearly 10yrs. my mom was coughing and it transferred to me. usually even if someone was sick, I will only get the gist of it and quickly will disappear. I coughed, I was breathless feeling like dying, and there is like anxiety and panic attacks for 2 weeks. Never happened to me before. I am not sure whether related to istighfar and the zikir I did. maybe like a cleansing. Cos during and after I fall sick I cannot watched anything entertainment anymore. I will get panic attacks so I stopped watching videos like that. I will still continue to istighfar cos everytime I do this my anxiety and panics will be relieved. and also I on surah yaseen the whole nights every night for 1 month to calm me when I sleep. Alhamdulilah.

The world we're facing now isn t the world our parents used to face. Each and every moment there are things to make us become freaking sinners. I use to hear my aunt's gossips with her friend's and relatives then I feel I'm sinning. Then I switch to TV and I without noticing enjoy the songs and the part of the movies so I think I'm sinning. Then go to my room so then I take my mobile or laptop and feel I'm sinning. Then feel to catch up a friend outside so we go spend a lot of money on shopping and restaurant then I feel sinning by wasting a lot of money. We say salams to a stranger outside to collect some reward, but then they don't reply instead stare at us. Lol. When I listen to my lecturing I keep cursing them because they don't lecture us properly. Always sinning😢 So now there's something I learnt from this sheik Suleiman to say istighfar. Alhamdullah now I'll never think I'm a sinner anymore bc I'll seek Allah's forgiveness.❤❤
That is good you are doing Istagfar. But we all have to stop doing things, which makes us think we are sinning . Both don't go together. May Allah Subt guide us all.

Alhamdulillaah. Allah has guided me, solve great problems for me, granted me all that I wished for. I have stuck myself to the promises of Allah and his prophet and seen all the evidence of his blessings. I have been practicing Astaghfirullaah seriously ever since my semi autistic child started showing tantrums 5 or six years ago. I was inspired by an ustaz about practicing Istighfar and after practicing it, Alhamdulillaah, everything becomes easy.

“O Allah! You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am your servant and I abide by your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in you from the evil, which I have committed. I acknowledge your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sins, so forgive me, for verily none can forgive sin except you.”
There are some conditions for repentance which we need to follow
1. Admit our mistake / sin to Allah SWT
2. Regret the sin we committed
3. Seek Allah's forgiveness and repent sincerely back to him (saying this Dua'a)
4. Make a promise to Allah that you'll do your best not to repeat this sin again
In case you fail as human
Good news once again 🌹
Sincerely follow the above steps and repent again
*Allah SWT promised that he will always accept our repentance not matter how much times we repeat as long as we are sincere with our repentance*

Don't set a specific number sis or a specific time cause we don't have any specific time or number for it say it as much as you can
But in one place our prophet PBUH said for us say it 100 times in the morning and 100 times in the evening
So it's better for us to not set a time and number from our side

Always sinning😢
So now there's something I learnt from this sheik Suleiman to say istighfar. Alhamdullah now I'll never think I'm a sinner anymore bc I'll seek Allah's forgiveness.❤❤
That is good you are doing Istagfar. But we all have to stop doing things, which makes us think we are sinning . Both don't go together. May Allah Subt guide us all.
Sister we shouldn't tell our sins out aloud as Allah hides our sins. ❤
May Allah forgive our sins

Think of istighfar as resetting a device that has accumulated a lot of junk files and bugs. Just as a reset can clear out these issues and make the device run smoothly again, istighfar helps a person clear their spiritual 'junk' and return to a state of purity and peace.

*THE BEST DUA'A TO SEEK FORGIVENESS & GUARANTEED JANNAH* 💯💕 (Sayyid Ul Istigfaar)
Prophet Muhammed SAWS said whoever says this Dua'a once in the morning and die before evening *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH* and whoever says this Dua'a once in the evening sincerely and dies before Morning *S/he is GUARANTEED JANNAH*
Please make it a habit to recite everyday, once in the morning and once in the evening
*Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6306*
The Dua'a
Meaning
Spread this message with everyone and we'll get reward everytime someone practices, these even after we leave this world 🗺

Please my dear brothers and sisters include me in my dua. May Allah accept our prayers and grant all our request Amin.

*How to do Istigfaar?*
Istigfaar means seeking forgiveness and there are many Dua'a for seeking forgiveness
We seek forgiveness by saying *"Astagfirullah"* which means I seek forgiveness from Allah SWT or *"Rabbi Ighfirly"* which means Oh my lord forgive me
There are many form of seeking forgiveness
*The most important thing is that we seek forgiveness from Allah SWT with presence of mind along with movement of lips and tongue*
We can do Istigfaar at any time and even without whudu or wearing hijab and it can be done even in the monthly cycles for the sisters, can be done with breaks and don't have to be in a single sitting
The best time to say is 30-45 minutes before Fajr Salah
Doing Istigfaar for wealth, spouse, marriage etc
It is allowed for one to do Istigfaar to attain worldly matters as long as they make being forgiven and Allah's pleasure the first priority and the rest as additional benefits
Losing concentration:
One will be rewarded for doing Istigfaar even if they lose focus only if it was unintentional, one has to work on improving their focus and being in a more calmer environment (when possible)
The more quality Istigfaar, the more reward one earns
Tip
_To reach 3000 Istigfaar a day, recite 600 Istigfaar after every Salah and 600 before sleeping to achieve 3000 Istigfaar at the end of the day easily_
Seek Allah's forgiveness while regretting your sins and hoping Allah's forgiveness 💯 🌸

The Dua'a

Spread this message with everyone and we'll get reward everytime someone practices, these even after we leave this world 🗺
