One thing I really like about your style is how you seem very confident with each of your strokes and shapes, you didn’t even bother to smudge out colors which leads to a very characteristic texture, it’s very amazing (for me at least). Your arts just amazes me so much.
I love how you tried to do a more challenging foreshortened pose with the hand and blade but backtracked and made it simpler. Cuz imo Kenpachi isn't really the type to do that kind of fancy stuff with his blade since he is more brutish and just views his zanpakuto as something to cut people with.
I constantly change them depending on the situation, if you want, you can stop the video and look at the settings. Basically I use a rectangular brush with pressure levels, a brush with hair shape and texture, a regular round brush with varying hardness
Bro, how do you get rectangular shape or changing brush shape... Ive been using sai pretty much since i got pen tablet... Is it basically texture in 100% intensity? Or is there actually setting to change the shape.
@@ikki4003 u can choose what shape brush you want. Scrolling a bit u will see rectangular. The default brush is circle. But even you change the brush shape, it only clearly shows when you paint, the cursor still looks as the same default circle (not like other paint applications, which will change cursor shape while on the canvas). Or maybe I use SAI wrongly lol.
Why you get refs do you try to imitate other art pieces or do you mainly work off if actual photos of people. Also I’m making a piece of sakamoto art with the buzzsaw girl and was wondering if your using sai version 1 or 2?
I use the first version of the sai, and I use references from different sources, for example, I saw some pose or composition in a movie or video game and then I try to fit it into some anime character
