    You got this! I love broccoli, and will eat it daily. I saute it in butter with a little bit of garlic salt & red pepper flakes. I do the same for green beans and the last green go to veggie I eat is asparagus.

    Do a clean fast black tea or coffee no coconut oil stevia etc look at Gin Stephens she explains the clean fast, life changing you will find fasting for 36 hours super easy. I do this after struggling with adding cream coconut oil etc .. life changing. X

    Hi I just did my 4th 36 hour fast and I was browsing YT and saw your video, I was surprised that the Chocolate LMNT didn't break your fast because shouldn't stevia leaf extract raise your blood sugar even though it obviously has no real sugar? Im not super familiar with fasting but I was told to not even consume sugar free drinks or any possible thing that would spike blood sugar. Ive been doing Black coffee, water, and salt.

      The LMNT doesn't raise my BS. I use a very small amount, less than half a packet. 🙂

    I'm curious. If you don't like veggies that much; did you consider carnivore?
