Coin Spin tutorial

Here are a few skills that can be used as drills to help facilitate the progress of your coin spin. There are many approaches to learning a coin spin. I've chosen these few drills to share based on some of the hurdles students are challenged with such as: The initial drop in. The rolling support phase across the hands and for those dropping in confidently but need tools for understanding the completion of the skill.

This is actually super helpful! I had been doing coin in a gym wheel to get used to the feeling of the move, but trying to get into coin in a cyr wheel without a spotter has been so terrifying. I will definitely be trying this out at the gym this week, thanks!
