They should have a night crew that pick up trash because it’s more cooler and no one will suffer heat injuries. 10 PM to 3 AM for commercial building pick up. 5 AM to 8 AM residential neighborhood pick up. And adjust drivers and workers to their needs to complete their duties.

I wonder if the placed is owned by a private equity company. If they do they have no incentive to do any maintenance on the place and will cut all services to the bone.
U think people would just go to the dump instead of making a bigger pile. But nope. I know the complex should be taking care of this and they are not responding but if everyone would pitch in until then just for the sake of better living conditions. I mean the complex cpuld just hire people to load up and throw away instead of blaming something being broken it would save them this news report of what a shitty business they are running
