Dead ass. I've seen that 'Goofy Golf Ball' on and off since the Clarabelle Cow DIStory. And yet it wasn't until I was TOLD about the damn snake on it's head, that I actually noticed it. i guess i thought it was a hat? Like Carl's from Llamas with hats?
This might actually be based on a comic book series. I'm not sure if it was released in the US, but I read it in the 1980s in Germany, and it was re-released just a few years ago. I think the comic book artists were Italian. It has Goofy as historical persons: Christopher Columbus, Marco Polo, Galileo Galilei... And it was really good! Very funny and it had a lot of historical facts. In pre-internet times I used it as a reference for a presentation I had to give at school about Galileo Galilei. And I did get high marks for that. After that, turning everything into a Goof was quite hip for some time.

the Goofy bus was the one. what happens you're driving home late at night and all of the sudden you see a purple Goofy bus in the rear mirror. I wouldn't like to see that.

Jack Sheldon (RIP 1931-2019) sang "King Putt". He was the vocalist for "Conjunction Junction" from Schoolhouse Rock too. The shot clip at 5:36 is rehearsal footage as the fan carriers are in their street shoes and not sandals. I was one of the golfers.
