I love these Hemi Cars.... Nothing sounds like them or runs like them...
It does not get much better than this. I am the proud owner of a 1968 B029 Hemi Superstock Barracuda. Needless to say, this video is in my favorites.
Thanks Scott. Looked at your webpage, she's a beauty. Stephen Hebert in the first pair owns an original dart that is exactly how it was shipped, still in the primer. Where will you be racing yours in nostalgia races?
robzneed4speed The car has not been raced since the early 80's, I bought it in 1993. It would need a new roll cage to get it back on the track again. I don't really have any potential drivers. I'm looking to update the website, it hasn't been touched since 1996. It doesn't show the new Shelby. I haven't made up my mind about what I'm going to do with the car, it deserves to be back on the track where it belongs. We only have one track in Arizona now.
Scott Hill: "I don't really have any potential drivers."
I've run my '68 340-S Barracuda deep into the 11s a lot and now, it's too tame for me. I'm ready to step up. ;-)

Thank you Rob, Great Work as usual!
thanks for capturing the real drag racing
These are the greatest factory cars ever produced❤️🔥😊! The sound is unforgettable⚡️⚡️🏆
i could watch these, the most beautiful hot rods on the planet every day of the week. Hey those things got a hemi ?
Great job!
I quit drag racing before I turned a lap on a track, but I still love it. That Petty blue cuda @6:36! That is a well set up race car by gawd! A roundy rounder can appreciate that.
Good times you ran Gus,except for the final where something happened.Making the final is awesome ,8.50-8.60 is really fast.Congratulations from your neighbour.
Super Stock racing doesn't get any better than the SS/AH class!!!!!!!!!
Mopar......´Love it.
slow lights or red lights
me brother pilot crowmod
I might point out- I raced agianst BBCs i a class called pro- gas in the 70's ,the Chevrolet cars liked to run before me so they could sit at the big end to hear the hemi singing through the gears -yee haw. we were only9 sec cars then ,
hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng
poor Chevy and Ford motors need boost, nitrous, fuel injection to even get close to a 8.6 second 1/4 mile time.
Roy Hamilton's '55 Chevy pump gas big block all motor. 8 seconds!!!!!
LOL or how about Amazing Grace 66 Impala?? Theres tons of them
