I think it's meant for people who need to wear heels for work but also do a lot of standing/walking, not for a party. That's why it's more focused on comfort than style.
I was really excited to learn about her shoes, but the more research I did, the more reviews I read by unsatisfied customers who said that customer service was just awful. Plus the return policy is unforgiving, not to mention the high prices. So I didn't want to take the risk. Bummer cause the idea is great in theory!
I fell for it and after careful consideration of the cost for the shoes, after two years I decided to finally buy them. I was severely disappointed. The shoes don't fit as they should - you would think that for only having an online store they would have a great exchange policy, but the customer service is dishonest and untrustworthy. Unfortunately it is just my word against her. She claims that I returned worn shoes, which I know I didn't. She claims that I was informed that the return of the rejected shoes would be at my own exuberant cost, but that is also not the case. This small business gives other honest small businesses a bad reputation. At first I thought this was me being unlucky in this circumstance, but after some digging, on "reviewbird" and "torontobeautyreview" and other sites I can now see that this dishonest treatment of customers is their typical protocol. What a terrible shame - buyers, do your research!

Sounds very interesting! And I’m digging the way they look, I’ll buy these before by Louis Vuitton’s. At least you get great comfort, and the different groovy looking shoe! 🥰👩🏾🦲😍

Attractiveness is important to most woman. That heel is why I would not buy this heel, it is very unattractive so no matter how comfortable it is woman will go for style over comford.

I don't recommend these shoes at all. There's not enough room in toe box, and even with the wide option it's too wide in the heel while being too small in the toe box.

They look similar to Clark’s. Could you do a review on “comfort heels” like Clark’s and Naturalizer?

How are they for wide feet? They look okay but if they are comfortable I may invest.
