ah thank god I always wonder why my moka pot not consistenly produce lot of tea especially using loose tea leaf. Its because I always put lot of tea like I used to make coffee, thank you for your video
Many thanks for this tutorial. I just want to be clear on the quantities - I should use 7g of fine tea for one cup. I'm confused about the size of the Moka - you said 6 cups - is this an espresso cup, which is about 2 ounces (6x2=12 total ounces?), and you're actually ending up with 1 cup volume (about 8 ounces)? I'm confused! Thanks!
There is no need to boil longer. Stronger brew needs less brewed tea when mixing with other ingredients. If the brew is not strong, you need more. Stay tuned - part 2 of this coming soon.
hi! i don’t have moka pot. can i make this process by just soaking the finings to the hot water for 10 minutes? are my teas will get the same strong results? thanks! great informative vid tho👌
Yes you can! Not as strong but it will work. Moka pot is not the typical way of brewing tea. It's an alternative way that gives a strong tea for less amount of tea due to the pressure whilst brewing. :-)
Hi Riza, I saw your others video and after the tea is brewing, you put 2tbps sugar, this one you are not doing it. Question which one better? Put sugar or not? Thanks
Both. If you are using warm tea you can add sugar to dissolve if you wish. If not you can skip the sugar. If the tea is cooled down you may use sugar syrup
Wow! This was a very thorough, clear and professional tutorial! Thank you!
You're welcome!

great idea. i will try with rooibos
Thank you for this! What kind of teas do you recommend for the home brewer for the use of the Moka Pot?
Hi, any black tea is fine
Can I use tea bags?
Can you make the tea stronger by manually boiling it? If so, how long do you boil it?
Great vid as always, riza. Keep it up!

You should also make a video on how to batch brew coffee using a moka pot.
Well, it's already in the pipeline. Stay tuned!

@rizasri i see. Thank you for your prompt response
I really appreciate it ♡
Would grinding the tea using a mortar and pestle be an okay substitute if I don't have a blender?
As long as you can make them into finings that should be fine
Where it's part 2 ?
Very well done, seriously thorough and helpful. Thanks so much!
You're welcome!
😍
Can you use tea bags?
