      I know whyy. It also happened to me it happeneds because once you open the bag of pearls you should zip it so no air can get inside also once you open the bag you should try cooking the whole thing before 3 weeks because after that even if no air has gone inside the consistency of the pearls is 💩they will start getting hard after putting them in ice. also the way to cook is simple, 6 liters of water and 700 grams of pearls. Let tge water boild for 30 mins after 30 mins pour the pearls so they can start cooking, stir for a few seconds amd let it cook for 30 mins but you should stir after 15 mins again . after it has done cooking for 30 mins you should stir again and let it cool down for 15 minutes then wash them with cold water and there u go thats how you cook them. also keep them in a warm container and after 4 hours if u haven’t sold all ur boba try getting rid of it because it start losing their consistency

    What type of tea do they use in the shops? I never really taste the tea flavor and the times I make it at home it never tastes similar. Is the creamer the secret?

    • @rizasri
      @rizasri  3 роки тому +1

      HI, a number of factors really. I find not many shops get them right either. Good ones definitely have secrets! It all depends on the ingredients at the end of the day yes. :-)

    A blessed afternoon from the north! I am a senior in our small community and decided to sell pearl tea since I miss having them coz I don't go out now due to this pandemic. my question is: will there be a difference in taste if one decides to blend the drink instead of shake it?

    • @rizasri
      @rizasri  3 роки тому

      Hello, when you say blended do you mean using the electric blender?

    • @criselleyoung997
      @criselleyoung997 3 роки тому

      I used the Nutriblitzer that I also use to make my fruit shakes. Will the taste be different? Thanks for your reply. I am not doing it for business per se ... just feels great to make them instead of buying them all the time. Plus, my small community seems to like them. I use the Injoy mix now, but eventually I will make my own brew of tea once I get those leaves since most of my tea at home are all sachets already. And I guess, I need to get those powdered taro as that flavor seemed to be their favorite. Thanks again for all the very useful information. God bless you from up north!

      Fructose can be very unhealthy when consumed on a regular basis. Once in a blue moon is okay, but like she said, a lot of them are synthetic which can attribute to diabetes and all sorts of health issues. I just googled it because I thought fructose was okay too but I guess it should be used sparingly.

    I just ordered your book. Just came in on Sunday. Lots of info to read. Do you recommend using black tea or assum black tea? Also if we open a shop, should we offer different sizes of cups or just stick with one size?

    • @rizasri
      @rizasri  8 місяців тому

      Hello, Assam black tea is black tea. It is the most commonly used tea for milk tea. For the sizes, I would say 1 size - the 22/24oz but most shops would prefer to offer 2 sizes
