    Here are the buffing compounds he uses in the video
    The first coat: (MEGUIARS M8532 BSP "DIAMOND CUT" COMPOUND QUART)
    The second coat: (MEGUIARS M20532 ULTRA FINISHING POLISH - 32 OZ)

    Hey, I stained and coated my board 2 weeks ago, and it is still putting out the smell of polyurethane and stinking up rooms wherever I bring it. I used the miniwax brand. Do u have any suggestions as to how to get the smell out?

      +Liam Reid keep it in a well ventilated area and it'll go away, I'd recommend keeping a window open with a fan while applying the clear coat

    Any reason I couldn't do this on a board I just purchased that doesn't have as good of a finish as yours?

    • @cash_reviews
      @cash_reviews  7 років тому +1

      +KMSvehla if it has thick clear coat already then it could work, if not I'd recommend trying to scuff down the finish and adding more clear coat to make it thicker before wetsanding it and buffing it. Good luck and let me know how it goes!

    your videos helped me a lot. Now my problem is that i dont know what type of trucks should i get. Can you tell me where i can find some good qualities ones? (for international shipping)

      +Andreas Geo good to here! Personally I like to order from Ebay, Amazon, or a skate website called Muirskate. I'm not sure on the international shipping. I'd recommend not buying the absolute cheapest ones because those are often pretty poor quality. Good luck!

    wow! I like the way you polish it.
    what did you use to make it shine?

      +mhel monternel waz thanks! Buffing it with a super fine cutting compound gets the surface to a neat mirror finish, making it
      Shine. I used miguires automotive cutting compound
