Yes, the trick mentioned in the video worked. I just updated my Intel Drivers and Nvidia Drivers to the latest model and it worked, flawlessly. Thanks Mate for the help. When I initially got the error and have searched on Steam community comments regarding the fix i.e Updating the GPU, I thought 4000 rupees went into drain, But, your video helped me.

YOU NEED WINDOWS 22H2, WITH 1909 IT DOES RECOGNISE THE Shader Model 6.6 Support, BUT WINDOWS DOESN'T UPDATE!!!!!! SO:
FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS I HAVE TRIED TO FIX THE 'WINDOWS UPDATE' ISSUE, ALL 'TUTORIALS' SHOW SAME THING BUT ALWAYS REVERTED BACK TO DISABLED, TRIED CMD AND ALL COMPLICATED PROGRAMING BS, AND THANKS TO A RANDOM COMMENT I FOUND THE MISSING PART:
JUST CLOSE 'STOPUPDATES10 GUARD' IN TASK MANAGER>SERVICES TAB AND DISABLE IN 'SERVICES' ITSELF, THEN SET WINDOWS UPDATE TO AUTOMATIC, AND IT WILL STAY AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL, AND NOW IT DOES THE UPDATE FROM 1909 TO 22H2.
THERE MIGHT ALSO BE THE NEED TO GO TO 'LOCAL GROUP POLICY EDITOR' (OPEN FROM WINDOW, JUST TYPE IT), AND ENABLE CONFIGURE AUTOMATIC UPDATES AND 'SPECIFY SETTINGS FOR OPTIONAL COMPONENT INSTALLION AND COMPONENT REPAIR'
