The coin on the right side hindi / Sanskrit word "Shree" ( sir) is clearly visible. It has two letters before shree and one after it. These appear to be of sanskrit.

Sir you are absolutely right the fort of Runi(رنی کوٹ) was not erected by the Talpur dynasty because their financial resources were not enough to build such a huge structure. As you have mentioned it might have been constructed approximately 1800 years ago, most probably it was built up by Aror City Republic that ruled the region prior to the starting of Rai dynasty.

Sir I have visited the Rani Kot and it is exactly as defined by you. Sir there is not much cultivatable land inside it for which such a huge construction would have been done. At the most there can be only few hundred acres which can be cultivated otherwise there are only rocks.

"Mohan" is one of the names of Lord krishna. Could he have some relation with the gate mohan darwaja . It is estimated that Lord Krishna ruled in Dwarika 5000 years ago which is in the state of Gujrat and a port city. The word "Yavan " is used in Mahabharata for certain foreign invaders who may be saka/ hoons.
