The dongle for the controller was missing in the box so my controller was not able to work. This may be an issue for others as well. Thanks for the video, it helped me figure out why the controller wasn’t connecting and working.

Since I'm experiencing it aswell and I've studied it from the video my theory is that you need that wall power adapter in the video for it to work cause hooking it up to the tv makes the game stick light go red while in the video the 2 lights are blue
Im sending mine back...my tv will say hdmi 1 is available i go to it and it says no signal i got everything plugged in correctly and nothing loads up...what a piece of crap 😭
Does the controller need to be used with batteries or no batteries in order to work, yes I plugged the lil mini usb and everything’s on but the controllers not working
The PS1 roms that come on the Micro SD card are not good. I inserted other roms, and everything works great. The games I tried: Medal of Honor, Medievil, MK4... I've only had this for two days. You can also use controllers on your PC, for playing PC games. For €20, this is a great deal.
Discovered that one of my remotes is the primary and IT WORKS flatboeast for the one player games!! Try one and if that one barely works turn it off and try the other. Good luck!!

My controllers work individually but as soon as attempting to play a 2 player game at the same time 1 controller loses control. Can use if 1st player stops pressing buttons but not working if playing together!

This is a major issue i have, I bought one and it worked for a couple of minutes, I unplugged it, ended up plugging it back into play it again and all the games were gone, I kept taking the game back and exchanging for a new one and they all kept doing the same thing, I finally get one that worked for like 6 months and yesterday it started doing the same crap...how do you fix this issue!?
This the second one I have bought. The first one didn't work no matter what I tried. The second one has a pointless Manuel that only says what it does. Sorry but he menu to select to controller is not even in the list they are providing. So now again it's not working.. Yes it come on but through the menu and that's as far as I got..
I'm having a lot of the same issues. I do not have anything plugged into the wall but one end in to the USB on my TV and the other end to the hdmi port on the TV. When i switch on to HDMI1 on my TV the main screen comes up but the controllers don't do anything. Both are on and have batteries. Any ideas?

When I turned mine on I didn't get a blue light I got red I'm hoping it just needs to charge

As did mine until I found a USB block and had to plug it into the wall as opposed to plugging it into the back of my TV.

You don't need the adapter, usb plugs directly into tv for power.

Oh that white cord was just an extension cord I had plugged into the wall so I could power the device on camera :)

Press start and select together takes you to a screen to quit game and then back to game selection screen
