My USB dongle is very stiff, I can't plug it in safely anywhere other than the thing where the games are. When I plug it to my pc I'm worried it will ruin the USB plug. Then I can only pull it out with pliers.
Thanks for your insights. I still have one problem. My gamepad came with two controllers. I'm trying to play a 2 players game like Mario. I can't have both controllers active (they both work independently). Only one at a time it seems, therefore can't play a 2 player game. Any solution? Thanks for your help!
Mine is the exact same! It worked the first night for my kid then the next day it’s like it had no power whatsoever. Tried new cords, tried new charging ports, and different outlets and no lights come on at all.
I just can't get the game to appear on tv screen. The light is on inside game stick and I've plugged into USB on tv. Receiver is firmly in game stick. Frustrating.

I get audio, yet on the screen I get a "no signal" notice, as if it isn't receiving anything -- but again, I hear music, etc.
Put it all together and the stick is lighting up red? no blue?
That is most likely a bad power cable. Same thing happened to me with the m15. They sent me a bad cable

How do you get out of a game?
Press start and select at the same time on the controller

Are you getting a black screen or loading screen?
No just normal tv program
@kimrainbird4449 and you switched the input to the correct hdmi connection? Like you tried switching the connection on your t.v remote to hdmi 1,2,3?
Yes I've done that. The light inside receiver is not blue it's white or like a light bulb colour.
