RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Boil 7 eggs.
Apple Cider Vinegar.
2 leeks.
butter / olive oil.
Fry the leek for 3-5 minutes.
This is a very tasty recipe!
Peel and cut eggs.
butter / olive oil.
flour 3 tablespoons.
Milk 350 ml. / 1.5 cups.
Stir until smooth.
Cheese 100 gr. / 1/2 cup
Parmazan 60 gr. / 1/3 cup.
Cook for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
Salt. Black pepper.
Paprika.
Cook for 1 more minute.
Cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Cool the casserole.
lettuce leaves.
1 tomato.
3 cucumbers.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
Salt. Black pepper.
Herbs of Provence.
Olive oil.

I have been making this for years, but I boil the leeks with potato and mash them. Put into base of dish. Add the eggs, then cheese sauce, break up 2 bags of plain crisps and tip onto sauce, then add grated cheese. I use Cheddar cheese.

Das geht auch mit weniger Käse an eine Rahmsauce mit Käse gemischt an den Lauch und nit weniger Eier.Wenn ihr das so gerne magt ist Recht.Ich darf nicht so viel Eier und Käse Essen.Wünsche euch ein guten Apetit.Geniesst das Essen

Wieder ein einfaches und leckeres Rezept von Dir - danke! Das dunkekgrüne vom Lauch passt hier geschmacklich nicht dazu, es kann ja manchmal etwas streng schmecken. Aber es enthält sehr wertvolle Stoffe und sollte unbedingt verwertet werden, vielleicht in einer frischen Gemüsesuppe! Vielleicht kannst Du dafür auch ein Rezept anbieten 😉😉😉

Sí lleva 30 min en el horno,
NO había qué fundirlo en la bechamel, sólo echarle el queso por encima, después del horno y volver para gratinqrlo ! Le aseguro qué quedaría igual de bueno o mejor !!
