This is by far one of the coolest things you’ve done on this channel. I love this video so much! Makes me wish I lived in Canada. I am from Detroit Michigan though. Keep up the good work! 😊😊
Wow, thank you! So far the schedule is Wed and Saturdays at 12pm EST - and every now and then I do an interview - which I'll aim to do on Sunday afternoons BUT will be at the mercy of other's schedules. Glad you're enjoying the channel so much!!!
I’m surprised this video hasn’t received more views. You may want to consider changing the title so people have a better idea of what it will be. This is worth seeing by anybody and everybody who enjoys kombucha. b
Thank you for this inspiring video! I'm so impressed with how big the Scoby is getting and you can see how lively it is, really fascinating. How do you store them when you're not making kombucha or are on vacation?
Also - if you're not going to use it for a bit you can set up a "SCOBY HOTEL" and just let the scoby sit for a bit in the brew, but the brew won't be any good for drinking afterawhile. You can leave it for 2 weeks without much problem - so if your vacation is shorter than that you'll be okay.
@@pbwithjeremy UA-cam is strange to me sometimes. I’ve been finding your videos by tapping the screen while listening to something you’ve posted. That’s how I found the booch. It didn’t even show up when I went through your channel. I’m glad I found it though! I was burping for you!
Question: my scoby is quadrupled in size. I haven’t made any kombucha for at least a couple of months. I’ve offered it to friends but no takers. Should I just separate it and throw it out?
If you've got a compost pit you could cut it up and add it to that - your compost will LOVE IT. Or if you've got dehydrator you can make gummies with it! I'll have more info on that in the video that's coming out this weekend!
If you haven’t, I strongly suggest you visit Green Goddess in Guelph. They make fabulous vegan cheese. You may have seen it in stores. First time I bought it was in London ON then learned they are based in Guelph!

Your channel is my favorite. I get up every day and look to see if you posted. Love you and your family ❤

Well these are part of Booch Kombucha - they have LOADS like this.

@@pbwithjeremy this morning I had my first Kombucha and liked it very much 🤤
Nice! What company?
@@pbwithjeremy it is called Voelkel. A german biocompany. Unfortunately there is no Booch here.
This was fun!
Thank you! This one hasn't gotten the love some other videos have :)

I tried kombucha about 7 or 8 years ago and did not like it. I can't remember what kind I tried. Maybe I'll give it another try
So many different brands and flavors - worth giving it another shot!

Are you able to direct me to the best kombucha in the States?
I'm in Canada so I have limited knowledge of the US brands - but the one I've had and like a lot is Synergy. Hope that helps!
Hello!
Hey!!!!
So in video she steeped tea for 24 hrs?? I've just begun and only read up to 30 minutes though most say for a much shorter time??
I steep mine all day when I make mine. I brew it in the morning and let it sit till the evening.
