- We have officially had this couch for 3 years! I have done two previous reviews for it, once when we bought it and one 6 months later. Now after 3 years, I figured I would give an update on how we feel about it now. I hope you enjoy!

Soderhamn is a great Couch and it can even be used as a spare bed due to its width
and when it starts looking old and worn , you just buy some new covers
My Soderhamn is 12 years old now, I'm convinced it will last a lifetime
It's one of the most simplistic sofas ever made.

They don’t make the color I have anymore. I think the gransel natural is probably the closest. And honestly it looks a bit more neutral than mine. Mine has a bit of a grey cast overall.
Such a bummer that Ikea now makes the sofa's so that you cannot easily wash the base covers. We have a dog and when there are kids they get dirty, having to take it apart to wash them is not great. Ikea's first sofa's were easily washed all over.
Hi can you please tell me what size are your throw pillows? I have the same couch and trying to decide between 24x24 and 26x26, what do you have?
They are 26x26. If you want your pillows fluffy, get 26x26 covers. But if you want them a little more stiff and structured get 24x24 covers.

I was thinking of getting a corner unit with an ottoman to connect to it. I wanted the corner unit to snuggle into yet having the length of a couch long enough to nap on. Do you think this would work? Or maybe the corner unit and the piece you have next to it?

I think either way would work! It seems like this line will continue to be around for a while. So you could eventually change it up if you find you want a different layout. We really like the versatility of it. 😊
Where did you get the extra pillows from? I also do not like the gaps it shows and think I’m gonna do the same thing to cover it up more and give support

Do you put them in the drier after washing??
No, I air dry them by putting them over the backs of my dining chairs. They dry really fast.
Too many wrinkles. Why nit use a steamer?
You can if you want! It’s not super important to us. It does wrinkle as it gets used. I just usually smooth it with my hands. Thanks for watching! 😊
