We did this in May of this year and tagged Avalon first. Views there are so amazing! I am SO glad we went up that steep trail instead of down it :)

Awesome! Yeah we definitely wouldn't have wanted to go down that way if the weather had been bad, that's for sure. Well worth it in the end though with those views!

My hiking buddy and I were there on the last day of September and loved it! We came up the Kedron Flume trail to Willey, then over to Field, down to Avalon and out. You're right, that Avalon trail is BRUTAL. Congratulations on your peak bagging and thanks for another very entertaining video!

Nice! The Kedron trail sounds like it would be really pretty. Thanks for checking out the video, and for the nice comment!

Love the fact that you had reported, "ZERO bugs" because this has been an issue for my wife & I this season. It was either raining HARD or 90% humidity this summer. We tried to hike at the Audubon, but we were DESTROYED by flying blood eaters the entire time.
We tried reaching out to your channel through the email you advertise, but we're not sure you still check that particular inbox these days. Thought we'd write a comment to confirm.

Yeah it definitely was a nasty season for them, we were super fortunate on this hike!
Oh bummer, we don’t check that email that frequently, UA-cam kinda requires you have one, but we’ll look into it and get back to you!

Lotta bang for your buck on this hike. Never done it as a point to point as someone who need to spot a car at the Willey end but that would be a cool option too.

When we got to Willey we spoke with a couple of guys doing a point to point, going from Willey to Tom and down. Sounded like a cool way to do it. The trail heading up to Willey from the other side looks like it would be fun. Thanks for stopping by Seth!

Nice video, like your editing (music isn't too loud) and the inserts. Yes, it's kind of a long slog, but I thought the view from Willey was amazing. You lucked out on the weather for certain!
