This was my first time doing meditation with Chakras and I had heard so many horrific stories about the 3rd eye. Also I was really nervous because I am not in to the New Age stuff being a Christian so I was really apprehensive.
I have got to say thank you very much. It was not scary at all, it was really refreshing and I am definitely doing this one again!
Also I am not a person that can keep their mind still and you did a really good job at taking me to a relaxing place.

For the 1st time in a long time I didn't fall asleep and felt this would be a good meditation to stick with for a while. Day 2 their was even more muck to clear out. Later I developed a headache and the next morning I woke up not feeling very good and wonder if this is like getting a massage where it releases toxins? I drink plenty of water and hope to flush it if this is what's happening, but very curious to know if meditation can do that.

Oh wow. This is the best and most beautiful chakra meditation I have ever experienced. I had tears in my eyes and emotions of gratitude come up. Thank you Jason and Angel for your wonderful work and gift to others!! Jason, I am a fan of your work and have introduced them to my friends too :)
PS: There was a small part which I struggled a bit--the sentences at the end for each chakra to repeat to myself were a bit long. By the time you finished the sentence, I had already forgotten the first part! Lol. Maybe you can break the sentences up a bit (a quick pause mid-sentence?) so that it would be easier to follow up?

But, is it possible for you to do a muscle building meditation? I'm a personal trainer and one of my clients is a Figure Competitor and having the worst time developing her Quads for competition so, I thought it would work for her as well as all bodybuilder's and athletes.. Thank you for your meditations/affirmations the best ever!
