The traditional exterior is very attractive, and this house has a basement! All the porches will encourage some outside living. Two living rooms are approrpiate in this plan, but I'd put the TV in the front (more enclosed) living room and not have it over the fireplace in the other room. There's no pantry, but the kitchen has ample cabinets for storage. I love the upstairs sleeping porch, and the bedrooms are large with good closets. Because it has an exterior exit (which needs a roof or cover), the basement could have a recreation room and an additional bedroom and bath, and it would still have space for storage. I really like this house!!!
Beautiful design that would fit well into just about any neighborhood here in North America. Well done! It would be easy to add a garage (almost always present in anything except the smallest least expensive homes) wherever it would fit onto the building lot.

This is not a tiny house, and still no/ not enough linen/ utility/ storage closets. Too many entry doors. Odd setup.
