Now THIS House has a Garage set in a good place giving one an access to the inside of the house without having to deal with adverse weather conditions as you would with a detached garage! I also Love the Grand Glass Front Door & Windows! Excellent Design! 👍
Well, that escalated quickly.😅 The exterior is on point! Especially the design of the garage leading to the mudroom to the entrance. The back deck could use a darker stain but other than that, Perfect! I will refrain from pointing out too much of the obvious, after point of entry. I would make some adjustments on the interior structure & design. Otherwise, I think the floor plan & exterior are absolutely beautiful!
Good Luck with the Shock Green Flooring & Tiles! Most ppl would quickly tire of the Loud Colors, including the bright Orange/ Rust headboard! Rmbr: it's cheaper to use more neutral colors to begin with than to have to rip that all out when you get sick of it in a year or two! If you like those "Shock Colors" it's advisable that you use Modern Art Paintings on a couple of the walls! It's so much easier to swap out than having to make major changes to flooring & tile!

The powder room should not open directly into the main living room! The master suite is huge, though I'm not fond of having the closets accessed via the bathroom. There's no designated pantry, but there are closets that could serve the purpose. The plan has potential. If the entry sitting room were repurposed to contain a coat closet, the powder room, a pantry, and a stairway to the upstairs, I think this place could be rather grand.

Specifically the enclosed room off the garage that seems to serve no purpose (and can only be accessed through the laundry room), and the space where the master bath, living room, and library meet. From the overhead detail, it appears to have shelving added, as if it were designed for something, but the architect changed their mind, and just didn't do anything with it? And the fireplaces just seem to be in awkward spots.
Beautiful curb appeal and love an attached garage but this home is a maze and feels disjointed. Do not like the kitchen at all but I do appreciate the bathrooms. Master Suite is overkill to me and I don’t want clothes in the humidity of a bathroom.

Maybe the room next to the garage is a place for HVAC and hot water heater? The extra chimney seems purely for exterior balance, and the fireplaces aren't really needed. These architects all like to have fireplaces in their plans, even though for most people they're just decorative. They also add thousands of dollars to the cost of the house.

A "Shock of Color" used in this way harshly detracts from the asthetics of a Serene Sanctuary of a Home! The outdoor surroundings hint at a Relaxed Setting! With just a few changes of color & types of doors & furniture on the inside could Create that Relaxed, Soothing Santuary feel that is so Popular right now! If one favors "Shock Colors" then Modern Art Paintings on one or two Walls can bring the same effect without Overwhelming! (And it's easier to change than having to rip out tiles or flooring)

The layout is a bit awkward. The fireplace to the right of the tv doesn’t work. It looks odd. It feels like it’s trying to be traditional, colonial and modern.
No no no! The green tiles look like the entrance to a Hong Kong hotel & the waste of space is bad bad bad. Where are the use of plants and greenery? And using an Audi at the front oh boy! What’s up with the laminated outside seats. They’d need to be hundy for the elements. Sorry it’s a big no no no.
