I have been wanting to purchase this planner for a little while now and I finally jumped down the rabbit hole. I just wish there were more videos with decorating and design ideas for this particular planner.
I just want to say stop saying you aren’t a good teacher. I am learning so much. This is my first digital planner ever and I can’t lie all of this is overwhelming but looking at you plan I feel better. I am not familiar with GoodNotes but I watched your video. 5 minutes in & I want this planner 😍 I love the look, the colors. I get distracted with a bunch of extras but I love the way you organize this. It gives me great ideas to maintain my routine & just life sanity. I'm A single parent with a neuro diverse teen & a full-time student. Routine & being organized saves so much. Thanks for the great video.
Okay, so I learned a couple things. I love love love ❤️ the way you only put the spreads you do behind the months. I’m not very regular when it comes to planning, so I have all these unused pages. This makes so much sense to me. And the way you date calendars. Cool. And inserting the last page without flipping through all the previous pages! I love that too.

@@luxbookplanners I was so inspired by you and by the 15 dailies pages. I linked the month name to the month named daily page (ZoomNotes. It’s all I can do in that app) deleted all my dailies and inserted the two 15 section pages. So much better for me, as I don’t do full dailies but I can do a small thing a day. Or add a daily page as I need. Buildable. Who knew? And then I also have a different weekly each week since I get bored of the same one. Ahhhh….I’m so happy!❤️❤️ You rock.

Omg this is the first digital planner i’ve ever seen that makes me want to try digital. I’ve done bullet journaling for years and just couldn’t understand why I would ever switch to digital, but I think you have officially broken through and created inspiration. As someone who is very new to digital planning (and your planner), I find these videos super helpful. I've been watching lots of other videos and you still managed to teach me a few new things today!! So, thank you for posting on UA-cam and I hope you do it more. I think there are ways to post live to both instagram and youtube at the same time? I don't do it, so I can't speak from experience but I've watched others that do it. I think your followers, including myself, who prefer the UA-cam platform and can't always catch a livestream (like everrrrr) would love to be able to watch when we can here on UA-cam. We don't care about editing, and rambling and being "all over the place"!!! We enjoy watching you, learning from you and listening to your thought process through it all. Please consider it, and hey, less editing work for you! I think it would also increase your presence here on YT. Win, win!

Ooooo girl! I wanted to love Noteshelf so bad, but when you copy and paste a template, it changes the catalog link to the new copied template instead of staying linked to the original template. Anytime you paste a copied template in the planner before the original template it changes the link. Unfortunately, that is a dealbreaker. Basically it works fine except you lose the template catalog. And if my planners won’t work flawlessly in it, I can’t promote it, ya know? When I found this out I felt like someone took my Christmas presents back lol. I really really wanted it to work 😩 I sat forever trying to find a work around but couldn’t figure it out.

Thank you so so much. It was very helpful. I was afraid to delete any of the pages also not sure how to build my planner until now. Thanks again, this was needed. Question, after I download the planner in goodnotes and created a folder it. Do you create a copy of the planner, rename it before you start setting up? Or do you just use the original download version of the planner. I created a copy to play with was afraid I would mess up the links...lol
Definitely if you’re experimenting download a play copy. I forgot in this video but I ALWAYS rename my planner the numeric year so I’ll name my new planner “2022”. I choose the organize files by “name” option (found at the top of the documents screen). Goodnotes will always put numeric names before the other other documents so my planner is always my first document. Then I put “XO” before my folder names so the folders are at the bottom. Hope this helps ❤️❤️❤️
