There are 3 matches in Gokhan's career which is so unlucky. This is one of them. Injury stoppage. The other is with Bonijaisky. The other with Hari. And the last one is a stolen one from Saki vs Verhooven.
K-1 has weight classes, that why the tournament had heavyweights. Everyone in this tournament was billed at atleast 220lbs, but yes, people do in fact get bigger than that, and so there will be some big boys at heavyweight.

the problem with this K1 tourney is that a full-blown heavyweight like Overeem winds up fighting a light-heavyweight. Kind of a mismatch. Both are great fighters though, no doubt.
Saki is a heavyweight too you know, 95kg+ is all the sam category.. Yes Overeem has some advantage in height & muscle, but Saki has speed & explosive power too.

Saki the most technical kickboxer of the heavy weights. I enjoyes it when he had to fight a Korean tall guy and gave him more than 70 low kicks in a match. So technical. However, he came a bit weight and length short to become a real K1 champion unfortunatly
That version of Overeem was already a shell of his former self. A younger Overeem was much more dynamic. This version of Overeem just walked down the much smaller guy and looked for a couple of good shots.
