Hello as I was watching I heard you state that the consumer credit transaction MUST be extended to a natural person(1:04-1:07). Is there a law stating they can’t deny you an extension of consumer credit.

Is that written out in the amount? Yes! Is it also in numbers, Dollars (U.S. $100,000) like that? In banking terms, that is a negative number, a MINUS. Am I in error?

Liability for punitive damages can apply only to nongovernmental entities and is limited to $10,000 in individual actions and the lesser of $500,000 or 1 percent of the creditor's net worth in class actions.
