This course is terrible. Funny how these are videos they put on youtube. Dave just talks about examples for 20 hours for example......a family member comes over, like your dad, Like your brother , like you mom, like your sister, like your cousin wearing a shirt uhhhh like a red shirt , blue shirt, green shirt you get it right ? A shirt with colors. Meanhwile you are wasting your life listening to him babble about NOTHING.

Do I really need to memorize the dti ratios for all of these ? As in will a question be on the test like what is the dti for a usda loan?
Yes you need to know the ratios for each type of loan
