Shelly is one of the most consistent and reliable runners I have ever seen. Shelly always shows up when necessary. A true warrior indeed. Love you SAFP!!
Jamaica is lucky to have such an incredible athlete in Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce. Over the years she has showed us her dedication, speed, strong mind, determination and class for younger athletes to emulate. Let us see how she performs at Trials before writing obituary.
Supporting Shelly 100%. I wish the trolls on this platform would use the air that they breathe in constructively instead of trying to tear down SFP. Shelly - All things are possible; keep those limbs moving fast
I'm not really surprised by the time... she's 37, her last race was 10 months ago which ended in injury which has clearly been affecting her into this season. She'll be ready when it's time
I think Shelly's injury from that 4x100 last year was more serious than was reported and IMO she might have worsened it in trying to finish her relay leg... however she has so many medals in the 100 such that even if she doesn't get a medal in Paris it wont take anything away from her legacy surely.
A true champion, a legend, Shelly-ann Fraser-Pryce is a warrior, she has a fight in her that is like none other!! I pray that God will grant her the strength and courage that she needs. Wishing Shelly-ann all the best. I want her to medal at the Olympics, however, if she doesn't, she has nothing to be ashamed of. Shelly-ann has had a dream career, she has dominated for so long, been there, done that!!! She is already a legend, everything else is BRAWTA!!! Love you Shelly-ann ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🇯🇲🥂
There is concern, stop the sugar coating, she was unable to bounce on her toes, that's a major concern, if she cannot bounce then, she should call it a day, wish her all the best. She is the GOAT
As an ardent and long standing fan of Track, I’m sad to say that based on current performance, Only Shericka looks like she may come home with a bronze…I say may. The Jamaican ladies are passed it and the younger ones are not showing up.
Listen. She’s older. She got injured before. It’s her first race. Of course she ran 11.15. The play by play excuse-making of why she’s slower is expected but tired. Whenever a Jamaican loses we gotta hear a bunch of “she was running at 70%.” Or “Her goal wasn’t to go fast.” SAFP got out hard and ran full out. All of that led to an 11.15. That’s it. Let’s just hope she improves by trials.
My former student, Mr. Levy is speaking like public relations for Shelly. I think Shelly should have said something to the media and to us, her fans. Come on Mr. Levy, you can be a fan and still be objective, like me.
Shelly was either very smart or very lucky because the competition was not powerful enough to stretch her. Unlike Elaine who made a big mistake by competing a blue ribbon competitors, including ShaCarri.
Running 65gran ent? These analysts are delusional, they need to talk reality as if they were analyzing an u.s athlete.. these analysts r part of the reason so many people expect so high of these athletes that’s not doing much tbh

Why we trying to avoid reality, the girl is past her best, she was running as hard as she could and could not do any better, why don’t we just be honest,I know we would like her to be running 10.7s but she don’t have it in her anymore. She is 37 yrs and a mother, come on guys don’t try to make up a story, let’s just honour her and give her her praise for having done us proud, but it’s over, let’s just accept the truth..
@@lloydfraser2801 I believe it’s the best she could do on the night, I think if she could go faster she would, it’s disingenuous and misleading to suggest otherwise..

Shelly had a great career.. she has nothing to prove and should enjoy life not having to train against the world..
Correct go for a walk and enjoy life

The athletes at Elite are training too often on the chevron...that is one of the issues.

At top speed the weight wouldn’t matter because of the ground contact time. Just say that competition has taken its toll and that’s it.
Excuses excuses! 🤦🏿♂️She's not the Shelly of old and that's OK. Idk what's so difficult to admit
Exactly what I commented as well, we just can’t accept reality..
