Since Chip Kelly is OC at Ohio State and Holgorsen at Nebraska, I think they love coaching but prefer to focus on offense and not everything else. The HCs jobs are probably more complex and difficult now with things we do not always hear about. And they are glad to leave it. Gus may hit a home run there.
Look at what Stanford just did. Hiring a "general manager of football operations". It may be the first move to change the traditional administration of college football programs.
I want a fresh offensive minded coach that can bring back some of that UCFast. I would rather lose in an exciting shootout than what we watched under Gus
