Had to laugh that the house that still had everything in it still! House's here fall into 3 categories. 1. Cleared out with everything bar the kitchen removed (our house that we're restoring was like this). 2. EVERYTHING removed including the kitchen (happened to some friends). 3. What you got (some other friends had this). Its all about whats agreed to in your arras.
I actually checked earlier wondering what you folk were up to. Then abt 10 mins ago I spotted you on Instagram and now here I am. Excited to see the new house and continue with the work on the land. It was fascinating to see how your gear was removed from the flat in Barcelona! All the best from Australia and congrats on Isobel…

Shipping containers can be made into beautiful homes! Lovely idea! Be careful where you plan to do it, though - we’ve heard many places in Spain won’t allow them to be placed on land. Our advice is always to check with the local Ayuntamiento (town hall) before you buy a plot of land, to understand what is possible and how open they are to different kinds of things.
