They asked nicely, then told, then physically removed. Textbook..😀 Any resistance by the trespassers IS considered an "assault". Don't try kid yourself its self defence......you'd be in a cell.

It's a public accessible area, he is legally entitled to be and to film there, the officers are therefore acting unlawfully, they have no legal powers to accost him and they don't really need to understand his reasons for filming unless the suspect him of a crime.
