You’re welcome guys, I love that RDS adapter check valve! Seamless and hassle free fuel all the time to the tanks!!! Highly recommend installing for anyone reading this!!
I put some fender washers on those bolts for the bed rails if not some angle mounts.edit I watched I saw some of them, you can buy grade 8 washers and hardware also. SAE washers are smaller, USS washers are larger, usually both holes, fender washers are a separate issue too.
It’s nice to be able to walk in and use an AC compressor as a core auto at the parts store. With a running driving truck. That’s my thoughts on his spare parts. Cheers 🍻
I love the 12v Cummins, but not the trucks. My current plan rn is to 12v swap a 1997 Chevy k3500 crew cab. I love those 90s gm trucks and the 12v Cummins. Perfect for each other
I was going to do that swap but will have to cut the fire wall for number 6 cylinder I used a 1994 GMC c3500hd which has the solid front leaf spring front axle they where built higher off Frame no cutting the firewall. Good luck
Steve if you mount aircompreser on you're truck you can use you're Headache rack for air tank that way you will have air run tools air up tires air bags if need to lots of Things saw guy on youtube do it It was fabrats so that way he had lots air for work
I'm about to go do the same with tools and just buy a dedicated set for the truck. I have two full size boxes that are full from working as a mechanic for over a decade that when i quit i just pushed the boxes in my garage lol and left them 😂
You need to change your exhaust manifold on the white one. No way it has that much carbon build up like that unless your at a higher temperature in that cylinder usually the 5th or 6th injector.
Is the speedometer inaccurate or not working? I got a tuner through carid that I was able to adjust the tire size with and fixed the accuracy of my speedometer. I just upgraded the injectors in my truck, went from stock to Bosch 4 port, and my random misfires at startup that I started getting this winter have finally gone away, gosh theyre fickle. Instead of changing the harness, I bought an adapter that goes from EV1 to EV6, it only adds about 1/2 inch to the connector height. I got a question about the fuel tanks for the 2nd gens, I have the 25gal tank, and Id like to pull one off a junk yard to get the 37? gal tank, do you know if its direct fit or does something have to be changed for it to fit? I have the 6.5 ft bed
Not sure about the fuel tanks. Josh doesn't have a speedo due to the nv5600 swap. We're working on that but that's not the abs issue. Needs a rear sensor
Is that a blue ox goose set up?
Looks home made

I got a 7.3 talk about being annoyed from clacking. Sounds like a dam typewriter. 7.3 a lot of engine noise Cummins more exhaust noise
My 12 valve was so bad but the oil I was running through it quieted it down😂

Went all out on a single injector lol
It was warranty. $3,600 for all 6 and one failed at 8,000 miles.

Who's injectors are those? I'll steer clear of em lol
They were Bosch ones with 50hp tips

looks like a curt ball for that gooseneck
Cody hitch ball goes in and twists to lock they make an adapter to mount a companion 5th wheel
Don't forget the Holes in the Floor board for the Fred Flintstone Mobile! Josh will need them. Yah Ba Dab A Doo 🤣
Josh has a good truck
What's up you know DOT going to pull over that red truck, that truck looks older than Moses .
Doubtful. No dot officer in the right mind would want to inspect this thing😂
Steve when you started your truck up I herd a big rattling noise. Oh it's a deiesel. Lol
The sounds these things make in the winter you'd think it's broken 😂
@@CPSteveMiller I would think that that was air purging out of the line in the injector you changed
A Journal bearing turbo that spins easier has more journal bearing damage. Biggest is in and out play.

I wanna put a 12v in my 4th gen and remove the garbage 5.7
Use 7 way plug for pump
Should cut some mud flap pieces for the aux tank for under the mounting brackets .
That looks like a bw hitch cset up on that dodge
To me it looks home made. They tack welded it to the frame too 🤦♂️

I have an air compressor on the truck already
Milwaukee outdated airtools.
With the abs just pull the bulb out easy fix most likely rear axle sensor mine went bad too sorry to hear about your ex that sucks stay well
Nah, we want everything working like factory 😅🫣
If you use the better new injector where it was starving for fuel it may help more than hurt it? Cool video thanks
