Note: I played an early prototype build of this two years ago, but the game is now being made into a full game and this build is much longer, with a whole new episode set in freaky elevator!
I remember watching your 4 min play through of the original build, fantastic concept. Very happy they’ve polished it into a full game.

So from what I’m getting is that we are probably Lori’s dad. At the start of the game the little homemade lunch says it’s “Daddy’s” and later see Lori’s story. Lori’s mom got sick with some kind of disease (first tv) and most likely died or will never get better from the disease, leading to the dad’s alcoholism and what seems like the elevator failing due to a fire (second tv in elevator). It would make sense if this was the dad’s purgatory, seeing how he impacted Lori’s life through the tvs. Perhaps the dad’s work building caught fire causing many people to die thus the mounds of corpses. But then again I remember the earlier build which seems to be added onto (as ABG pointed out in the pinned post), and the plot was that there was a demon in the fridge that ate your daughter and would eat you too if you looked away for too long. So perhaps as hinted at the end is that if you fall asleep while watching the fridge, the demon will mess with you using your weaknesses/regrets (not being with his family, not playing with Lori, being an alcoholic etc) to break down your will and let it eat you.
Not sure if my interpretation makes sense with all of the other evidence, but maybe the demon in the fridge is alcoholism itself? Might not make sense with earlier releases of The Red Fridge.
The names on the lockers (maybe except Mitchell) are horror movie directors, right? It's a shame that William Friedkin fell off the deep end.

So hell is basically filling in and taking over the shift of the technical operator you killed because you fukked around with the elevator while he was working. Except, without the pay.
The moral of Lori's story is: don't move out of the frame because there's only an unfathomable abyss behind it. You'll fall and break your legs.

There was a sidequest where you have to relieve a guard from “fridge duty” who has to constantly stare at it at all times. It leads to a boss fight against a worm thing named FORMER who speaks the same way as the Board.

When I saw "Big update" on the title, I was wondering if I saw the earlier version of the game. Then when you got to the Weeping Angel-esque part I was like "Oh yeah, now I remember."
If only one game like this is available in mobile I'd be so happy;but mobile games are always poor I only find 3 horror games are decent in mobile.
