Hi Owen, yes working from home does have some advantages doesn't it. Taking breaks often is a good for thing for us to do, but yes it does mean we make take longer to do our work. Vanessa
I always wondered why I didn't get on or like lists i.e., To-do-Lists. You're the first person I've ever heard this from "that it's to do with our dyslexic brains". Thanks ever so much for this revelation!
Great video. It's really nice for someone to acknowledge and talk about the other struggles of a dyslexic that isn't just spelling and reading. I'm just about to watch lots more of your videos. I'm particularly looking for help with my overwhelm. I am exhausted and want to learn more about myself to help me in adult life.

I can't tell how much these videos are helpful to understand what my life is like on a daily basis. Thank you!!!
Hi Jamie, I'm so pleased you are finding them helpful !!! Vanessa
This actually helps to explain why I end up taking naps all the time. It's my brain forcing a shut down from too much stimuli.
Working in an office I was exhausted from trying to wrestle my mind into focus. Now I work from home I work late because I take to many brakes.
