Mostly she is a goddess of wisdom but in some places like Athens is much more.

Yeah I heard that the city still exist in Greece but it is very small and unimportant

No it's not Ylica, Ylica/Ylice is and was really small, the big lake there is the ancient lake Copaida/Copais that has dried up now.
