@@clintenosb.s. multiple studies have shown only 3% of dementia cases are linked to genetics. Sick and tired of seeing people put EVERYTHING to do with health down to genetics.

As a person who eats plenty and still underweight from his childhood to teenage years, the moment I consumed multivitamins it made me gain some weight from 49kg underweight to 64kg balanced (I'm 5'4 short male)it helped me have energy everyday too. I can say that multivitamins works.

I have little motivation and don’t exercise as much as i need to, don’t get super great sleep. My diet is terrible and consists of a lot of fast foods and processed. I am not overweight but should i start taking vitamins

60% of them are not the epitome of physical health, and run off on the ideal application that "a balanced diet doesn't require multivitamins". Yet, the only "ideal" diets I've seen are from very fit (and possibly roided) fitness influencers who measure their brown rice down to the gram.

depends on if youre lacking and your lifestyle. if you have a balanced diet already, it probably wont be too necessary. some people might also say theyre useless (me included), but i guess it really depends on the person

I don’t think Multivitamin’s are useless. However, it’s critical to find a company that is trustworthy bc the supplements on the market are not FDA approved so these company’s can lie about what is and isn’t in their products as well as the amounts of nutrients that are on their label

My question is this when im having a day where im not having a health day like drinking alchol eating fast food and not working out ( which is unusual)should i skip taking vitamins that day r should i still take them?

Vitamin Tablets and Supplements have iron molecules, the human body doesn't absorb actual iron it absorbs ionized iron that is in vegetables, fruits, roots and meat.
Now even though you tried the classist approach, I didn't really feel bad if anything I pity mentality, get well soon, be neutral minded so you can humbly absorb the knowledge as well.

Well no not really because it boils down to if there active forms or not if there inactive then there sht and pointless but if there active your golden but even then there’s limitations you then have too make sure that the product doesn’t contain too much vitamin E and A and B6 and others as to much of theses seem to cause head aches and tummy upsets not to mention the fact supplements that contain high amounts of beta carotene can cause disease if long term exposure messing around with supplements with no knowledge is dangerous
90% of all vitamins and minerals are a waste of money. The industry is not regulated and you don't know what is really in them regardless of the label. The company's selling them can say whatever they like on the label. You will be doing more harm than good taking such vitamins and most, if not all, are synthetic. The only sure-fire way is to eat balanced nutritious meals. You don't need to go overboard with vitamins and minerals, food will give you all you need unless you are deficient then that's because of unhealthy eating habits.
Its useful to those that do have gaps and their blood tests say so.

most people are deficient in at least 1 or more vitamins needed on a daily basis. you could meet all vitamin requirements one day and miss out the next

There are certain vitamins you should not mix or combine. Do your research. Taking some vitamins can actually hurt you.
