These tractors and plows were built for large acres. There was a 21 bottom 40 ft wide plow rolling with these two Big Buds. I just posted a full length video on that plow at ua-cam.com/video/YGPXZe01kRE/v-deo.htmlsi=4BpfljY4DuVrj4m0
I have to ask. Are they an actual working tractor or just brought out for special occasions. Both are brand new clean. Even if regularly used and cleaned I don't think you could keep them that nice. No oil or grease trail, no dirt or mud. Nothing but what looks like fresh paint.
Most of the owners take great pride in their equipment. They are on strict maintenance schedules and any leaks are fixed. They are washed and even waxed regularly.
@@user-jp7rk1uf2n I was raised on my grandfather's farm. Needless to say most days were spent working from early morning till late evening and depending on the season at night also. His was a very small farm compared to what they're using this equipment on. The amount of time it would take to wash one that clean much less wax equipment that large on a regular basis don't seem possible. After working anywhere from 10-16 hrs daily the last thing you're going to worry about is how shiny it is. Repairing oil leaks is a necessity in order for it to do the job it was built for , work. Being pretty and the amount of time it takes to keep it there isn't.
Because the farmers that own these Buds take pride in them. The better you take care of something, the longer it will last. There's farms around me that beat on their equipment and don't care it then they wonder why the equipment breaks down a lot.

The 450 with the high flotation tyres looks cool...
This 450 was the last of over 500 Big Bud tractors built from 1969-1991. It was great to see the last one in the original run still going strong.
You guys take your shit serious

One of my neighbors reclaimed a patch of ground to use as a bermuda grass field.
After clearing, he plowed it with a D5. It was a very slow process. 😀
