Can u convert the A.P flour in ounce/ pounds? I've used a similar recipe , only difference was 4 cups of flour & it took like forever to bake. Im here wondering how much longer 2 1/2 cups will take. You cakes have a lovely texture though. This is how i like mine.
Hi! This is 1/2 lb of flour. Yeah, after much experimenting, I prefer using less flour to get that pudding texture. If you use more, you'll end up with a very dense cake
