His father was a drug dealer with an estate worth a quarter million pounds. The series didn’t really deal with what his father’s will stipulated. But we can assume a large windfall after selling his parent’s house.
@@Tesserae Thanks. I'd remembered that from the prior series, where the parents were killed. I think I remember that he declined any profit from his father, donating it to charity, right? It was only a toss-away line at the beginning of this series, so I might have misheard.
