I am a software and electronics professional and I know about these technologies. this video is about the BSNL's service quality based on a normal customer's perspective in rural area.. it's ok if the stable speed is 75% of total speed, but the customer support is worst, lazy as usual.

FTTH modem costs around 2500. Other charges are based on the location and the local provider.

பத்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன் BSNL எப்படி இருந்துச்சோ அப்படியேதான் இன்னும் இருக்கு.. எந்த முன்றமும் இல்லை.. சொல்லப்போனால் customer support மோசம்..
