oh my goodness I remember Andy Partridge's version from the Hello CD Of The Month single that was featured on the old TMBG podcast back in 2007, I have always adored that song and that was the only version I knew, and I am just finding the XTC version now....what a treat to have two beautiful versions!!!!!!!!!
If only they’d released We’re All Light and Stupidly Happy as singles as well as TMWML. This, their finest album, would’ve maybe got more of the recognition it so richly deserved.
XTC was one of the most unique talented band. Perhaps more than anyone, they were a band to compare to The Beatles. This was sadly their last album. But what a way to go...TJ STRUSKA
I don't get it 🤔 Waspstar is a fantastic album , why its so unappreciated by fans baffles me . Far from they're worst album they did . But us who know...know right 👍 Maybe one day those unappreciaters will catch up with us .

Pop Perfection.
Such an underappreciated album by XTC fans. Wish they have stayed together and made more music. At least Colin and Terry got back together for a bit.
It’s their best album by faaaaaaaaaaar. A masterpiece in music history. Probably the most underrated rock album of all-time. 💽
