With the luxator application, one can clearly see that both the adjacent teeth also moved. Some damage must have been done to PDL of these teeth. It'll increase the chance of post operative pain, inflammation of PDL, difficulty in interdigitation leading to delayed healing period. The danger of slipping of instrument is still there. Yes, elevators/luxators can effectively be used in teeth where there's no distal tooth present. There are more than 3.5 million extractions on my credit and I've written these few lines in the light of my extensive experience.
@@iddicted this case don't need elevator instrument because the tooth is loose The function of elevator to luxate tooth to be easy for extraction with forceps
No. There's some pressure once the numbing wears off but it doesn't hurt. The worst part of an extraction is fear of a dry socket which means you've lost the blood clot and your bone is exposed which I've heard is one of the most horrific pains imaginable.
If you extract a tooth with an expert not quack there is no pain i was extremely worried and anxious about my tooth extraction and ALHAMDOLILLAH i did my extraction by an expert in dentistry it didn't went through pain even after anesthetic effects vanished
Молодец хирург.
БОГ от стоматологии!!!!!!!
What a mobile tooth. Haha
Touche 🤣
2am. I'm in thus part of UA-cam again
Imagine how people done this without anesthesia back in 19th century.
Nope, lmao
Same thought
I need ice just thinking about it loll
Get drunk.
That's how they did it.
Pierre Degaré haha
Luxators not necessary, forceps would have been sufficient, look how the gingiva is so detached
there is a tendency of root fracture if not luxated thus more difficult to remove root fragments..but to each his own
@Commander Keen but the video was entitled "How to use luxator......" so I guess he had to show how was it performed.
It's an educational video. I guess he's just showing how to use the instrumen
Insert screams and howlings to make the video more interesting 👀
Unuseful video,, waste of time,,the tooth is already luxated
Only with the forceps would be done the job
Tough
Yess
Needs bodybuilders to do it
Зуб уже подвижный из за пародонтоза
Зуб более устойчивый он бы так не удалил тупо ковыряя элеватор на одном месте
Why does it seem like the people whose grab pliers and rip their tooth out at home get the job done quicker?
You want bacteria and risk infection and risk accidentally damaging ur other teeth
Again for a good shot of a socket in great condition, but it's not going to happen I guess. Time to subscribe to a different channel

would you like a blinkey badge or a bozo button?
Fuck you pakistan
Sir thanks for sharing your experience, love from India🙏🙏
3.5 million? That math sounds suspicious
No way you’ve taken out 3.5 million teeth. You’d have to remove 240 teeth per day, everyday, for 40 years, with no days off.
So satisfying
Such a sound tooth was extracted . Could have safe by RCT
Damn thats a big ass tooth 😳
You luxated premolar also along with Molar
u didn't already removed one 😂
Superb
Porcao
missile
Its an easy case can be worked with just forceps
That 🦷 looked like 🍿😮
Removing first molar is not the solution. Because it would be very tough to eat.
very usual video
Luxating both molar and premolar😢
Good night sir.
Almost
Root canal could have been done tooth was in good condition
A root canal is a short fix the tooth will have to come out eventually.
Tooth looked cracked
There are places where people can't even afford a root canal on an anterior...
@@darrellterry3699 No it isn't, it is untrained dentists doing it improperly that lead to failure.
This case don't need elevator
You mean it doesnt need a forcep
