when switching and there are scams
bout fake experiences around these.
Hr would hesitate and would look deep to verify credentials if u say its third party. If theres option always choose direct payroll. If hr calls ask if u would be placed under direct or 3rd party.

Why you make video if you are not aware of topic.. I have worked on 3 part payroll for big IT mnc.. You don't get all those benefits like a payroll employee.. Job security is nothing as it is on wish of employer whenever they can let you go without any obligations.. Salary you don't get timely because once it will go to vendor then only he will pay you... That's why people don't like contractual jobs...
Today I received a call from Indigo airlines, they called for the role of HR
But they said I'll be working there as on third party payroll.
I know its completely safe but if I'm equally capable for the direct payroll and do not want anything like third party payroll thing in my profile.
So, why not direct payroll ?
And yes , currently I'm working as a TA specialist and even I'm also got instructed not to screen and shortlist third party payroll profiles.
